This week SUT CEO Steve Hall interviews PhD student Karen Boswarva of the Scottish Association for Marine Science in Dunstaffnage, Scotland, about her almost-finished doctorate using the SAMS Gavia Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) 'Freya' to conduct environmental surveys in sea lochs, and overseas on fieldwork in Chile.
