In this episode, we talk with Jeff Neasham, senior lecturer at Newcastle University and principal of the SEALab research group. Jeff speaks about a range of exciting developments in acoustic technology including an acoustic listening project which led to findings of quietening in the oceans during COVID lockdown. Jeff also speaks about involvement in the UK Acoustics Network (UKAN), a special interest group dedicated to research in underwater acoustics.
