In this episode, we talk with Ross MacFarlane, USV Policy and Public Affairs Advisor with Fugro. Ross speaks about the MASSPeople programme, intended to improve regulation and people competencies in the fast-growing field of autonomous and uncrewed surface vessels.

The MASSPeople working group will safeguard progression in the technology-people partnership identifying the workforce's changing needs and providing recommendations on new competency standards; as well as proposing specialisms, training structures and qualification requirements for operators now and in the future.
